For DA/DR campaigns: target is agreed upfront. If we don't hit it in the agreed window, I keep working at no extra charge until we do.
For monthly retainers: no lock-in contracts. Cancel any time with 30 days notice, no penalty.
For project work (websites, design): if you're unhappy with a deliverable, we revise until it's right — within reasonable scope.
